Unfortunately, something went wrong on the website. Somehow instead of the three different products I wanted 2 pieces of, I got 3 pieces of the two products. I reached out the same hour to see if it could be corrected but they indicated the order was already processed and could not be changed. Quick response from customer service though. Other than that, fast shipping and well packaged as usual.

I ordered products on 23-Jul and I received it on 2-Aug. I hear many times that it is due to DHL, but in my opinion it is a company decision to work with DHL. So it should be treated as a problem of the company. I would suggest to mention clearly on the website to select another deliverer or another option if DHL cannot deliver on time depending on client’s location.
