    I forgot to input important shipping information and the customer support said that it was too late. Mind you, I contacted them immediately via WhatsApp immediately and they didn't reply back until the next day. I know of other companies who personally contact the shipping provider - and they're a bigger company than Korean Skincare. I ended up missing the package twice (I was home) and had to contact them personally to resolve the issue.
