Hey, Please note that we are not aware if a package is being delayed with DHL. However, once you've contacted us we have immediatelly contacted DHL. DHL stated then that the package was lost in transit. We have offered to reship the package without a product since this was out of stock at that moment. In consultation the package has then been resent. We kindly request that you consider updating your review to reflect the resolution we have provided.
