Fast and neat delivery, and I'm happy with the products.

This was my first order from the company. I am a loyal user of the secret key product. I did not like the change in delivery day, while I have no questions about bpost, they worked well. Korean cosmetics sent an email about the shift in the delivery date due to the Black Friday load. as a result, delivery by courier was already done when I could not be at the specified address. I had to extra drive and go to pick up my order. So, how could the webshop improve? In my case i think it's easy- if the shop sends message about changing of date, you can ask if the address of delivery is actual or you can give opportunity for customer to put information in additional screen for comments, when customer do order.
