My ordered bottle became very hot on the outside when I put tea/boiling water in it. The bottle was then too hot to handle. That can happen. I informed Flaske about this, and a day later I already had a replacement bottle at home, even with a free sports cap! What great service. Additionally, the bottles are top-notch: beautiful, sturdy, and easy to use. Highly recommended!

I am very satisfied with the products that Flaske offers. I have a 500 ml bottle and a 1000 ml bottle. The bottles keep drinks hot or cold for a long time. So, whether it's winter months with a cup of tea on the go or easy access to cold water during walks or city trips in the summer, they are perfect. The customer service is also excellent, with friendly staff who are eager to help. I definitely recommend them!
