Wrong color of bottle delivered. I informed them about this, but since it is engraved, I didn't want to return it. (They normally don't accept returns according to their terms.) I would personally find it a shame to destroy it because it goes against the principles of reducing pollution. As compensation, I was supposed to receive a sports cap and straws. I responded that I find that a mediocre compensation since the bottle costs over 40 euros. I also mentioned that I’m not sure how much I would use that sports cap. If I had thought I would use it, I would have probably ordered it right away. In the meantime, I still haven't received anything and no email either. It's a pity because everything looks good on their pages. Disappointed...

They responded quickly when my order was delayed; however, I have emailed twice with a complaint about the sports member and still haven't received a response after a week. In the meantime, everything has been handled very neatly and well.
