A beautiful web shop with quality products. And super service after placing the order. They contacted me via email after I placed my order because I had ordered extra metal straws. They wanted to make sure that I hadn't ordered them as a replacement for the sports cap, so I wouldn't make a double or incorrect purchase and they could refund me the money. This wasn't necessary because I had ordered those metal straws as an addition to use with glasses. This is true customer service, and I definitely give them a big compliment.

Fast delivery, and the issue with the incorrect engraving was quickly resolved. The new bottle with the correct text arrived within 1 day. Great service! 👍🏻

Beautiful items and fast delivery.

I won a prize on the wheel. I couldn't enter it during my order. After contacting them via email, I was told that it had been done. This was not the case. After reaching out again, I was told that I should try to enter it with my next order. Absolutely terrible service. The email communication was rude and poor. It's a shame because the products themselves are great!
