Update 30/8: The problem was resolved promptly after a phone call. I received the correct color. Thank you very much. I received my ordered thermos bottle in the wrong color. I reached out via chat, email, and the website. After opening a second chat after three-quarters of an hour, I received a response that it would be resolved and that they would reply to the email. I was told to be a little patient. Now, two hours later, I still haven't received a response to whether it has been resolved. Poor communication / difficult to reach. And it is still not resolved.

Beautiful products, durable & good quality, and neatly packaged. Unfortunately, there was no notification of shipping, no tracking number provided; it just suddenly appears on your doorstep. You have absolutely no idea when it will be delivered. The only downside is that it's quite disappointing.
