The delivered Flaske water bottle states in the description that drinks stay warm for 12 hours and cold for 24 hours! Unfortunately, it hasn't even lasted 2 hours; the bottle also feels warm on the outside when you put a hot drink in it. However, I contacted the company Flaske, and they indicated that they would send a new bottle for free because the insulation wall of the first delivered bottle is likely broken.

I ordered, among other things, the lavender-colored bottle with a matching colored cap. Later, I received an email stating that the matching cap was no longer in stock. I agreed with the staff member (who responded promptly) that I would temporarily receive a different colored cap, and as soon as the correct one was back in stock, I could exchange it. A month later, they kindly sent the matching cap along with cleaning tablets at no cost. Super!
