I didn't receive what I ordered at all. I received two non-personalized bottles while I ordered one personalized bottle and a cup. I didn't get any response to the email I sent them about this. Very dissatisfied. Afterwards, I did receive a response. The cup was sent to me. I was allowed to keep the second bottle. That makes up for the fact that I paid for the personalization that didn't happen. All's well that ends well.
