Nice packaging, fast delivery. The delivery box was just very large in relation to the package, which is a shame, but it doesn't make the product any less good.
Great product and great service! I had a drink with a lot of ice cubes in my largest bottle this summer, and after 36 hours, there were still pieces of ice in my drink, even though the bottle had been sitting in a hot car for a long time. My new order was delayed, but after 2 emails and 2 days, I received it at my home.
