What heroes! Initially, I received the wrong bottle. After my email, I got a very quick response, and they immediately started looking for solutions. When the purchased bottle turned out to be out of stock and was not restocked as expected, I was allowed to choose another bottle as quickly as possible. This one was engraved with my name as a surprise, and I found other gifts and surprises in my package. And the products are amazing! Beautiful finishing (including the packaging!) and they feel high-quality and solid. Truly the best customer service and solution I have ever experienced! I will recommend the products to everyone.
