Beautiful products, durable & good quality, and neatly packaged. Unfortunately, there was no notification of shipping, no tracking number provided; it just suddenly appears on your doorstep. You have absolutely no idea when it will be delivered. The only downside is that it's quite disappointing.
It's a super good cup. It did leak at first, but the company solved it right away. Super fast and pleasant communication!
