I am happy with the products I received. However, I find the communication a bit excessive. For one order, I received 5 emails from you and another 3 from DPD. Additionally, the information I actually needed (an invoice for reimbursement) was missing.
I find it very disappointing that right after the first use, there is a dirty ring in my cup. I've only had tea in it. This ring won't come out. The outside is very beautiful 🤩
