Beautiful coffee mug, but the lid doesn't work; it pops off due to the heat... I ordered several, and they all have the same issue. So this is not just a one-time mistake. I still find the mugs beautiful, but I now only use them at home without the lid. That wasn't the purpose of the purchase; they were supposed to go in my bag, but that's really not possible with a lid that pops off.

Fast and neat delivery. Beautiful inscription on it. A name and year. A nice keepsake for an achievement that year.
