Super service. I bought this bottle some time ago, but unfortunately, the thermos function stopped working. I emailed about it, and I received a new one! Very nice. Furthermore, I am definitely enthusiastic about this bottle because of the combination of hot and cold water in it. It's really cool that both can be done!
