Before ordering and paying, contact with Flaske was quick, prompt, and effective. However, since paying, it has been very poor. We were told to expect delivery within 14 days. Three weeks after ordering, we followed up and were told it was being produced that week and would be shipped the next. Fast forward two weeks, and it still hasn't even been produced. We were promised an update today, but that hasn't happened. I really feel let down by this company. They certainly are not able to provide business-level service. So... it's now January 2023, and we still do not have a parcel. After sending multiple follow-up emails, I received a reply on January 12th saying that "my parcel was lost, and so an immediate replacement was made on December 28th and shipped." However, it's weeks after that, and it has STILL not arrived and won't until mid-February. My *guess* is that it actually hasn't been made yet because it seems ridiculous that another three weeks need to go by before this arrives. We have reported this as fraud to our bank and the UK anti-fraud team. If we could reduce this to 0 stars, we would. Shocking service with a complete lack of customer service, professionalism, and empathy.
