Fast delivery, as promised, quick response to problem reports, expert assistance, and they take all the time needed to resolve issues. (And in the end, it turned out that I was the cause myself.)

I ordered 3 meters of colored ribbon cable, AWG 24. The cable I received was measured as AWG 28 (resistance per meter, confirmed with wire diameter under a microscope). I didn't bother returning it, as it is a hassle, but I did drop them an email to inform them that their listing is incorrect and should be changed. A week later, I neither received a response nor saw any changes to the listing. In summary, you will probably get your order promptly, but it will likely be repackaged goods of questionable quality. EDIT: OTRONIC contacted me and said that they were in the process of relocating, so the response was delayed. Fair enough. They immediately reimbursed me (which I did ask for, but I am grateful). Afterwards, they also confirmed that the product was not as specified and will be raising the issue with their supplier. In the meantime, they updated the product page on their website. This shows they care about their business and the value they bring. Overall, I am satisfied and have changed the review to 4 stars.
