I had ordered power supplies but it was vacation time. I didn't see that on the website so I also missed the 10% discount. When I called to ask where my items were, I was reminded that it was vacation. Well, I still got a 10% discount and I received the items on the agreed date. Great arrangement. Thanks for the good service and the fast delivery.
Ordered something from our company on July 13 and now on July 20 still nothing received, called the company and they are on vacation (heard it via a recording). Just ridiculous, put it on your website so that customers know and can order from someone else where it will be delivered on time.
