Again, the right items were quickly in the mail!

Delivered quickly and neatly, as always.

This is not the first time I have ordered from Otronic, and I have always been satisfied so far. However, I would like to share a small disappointment this time. The delivery person tried to place the package in the mailbox, which was obviously not possible due to its dimensions. The package seems to have been opened in the process. My order consisted of several ESP32 cameras, and one of them had bent pins. I understand that this is not your fault, but I wanted to share this experience with you nonetheless. Received good and supplementary advice over the phone. The next day, I received the complete order in good condition. It's a pity that ordering with a tablet doesn't work!

I was well assisted by customer service. I was able to place an order for a product that was temporarily out of stock. It was delivered quickly. I would definitely buy something again!
