Good service and a fair price.

I suspected that I had received a defective product, and I thought there was no response to my email. However, after this initially negative review (1 star), I suddenly found a response from them in my regular email, which had likely ended up in my spam folder. And that was indeed the case. But how is it possible that this hint from the company, also via email, arrived just fine, while their response to my complaint ended up in the spam folder? Apparently, this can be controlled? Order confirmations never end up in spam folders, thankfully. I never check there, anyway. I still don't know if the given hint works. I need to try that out. But I find the whole spam issue quite strange. Therefore, I am giving a maximum of 3 stars.

The battery I ordered is practically nowhere to be found. Thanks to this, I was able to repair an expensive device. Very fast delivery, low price.

I ordered two sets of 3 SG90 servomotors (the exact same product), and both times they were delivered on time. However, in the first delivery, one servomotor was defective. So, I ordered 3 again. This time, there was again 1 out of the 3 that was defective, and the other 2 did not work as they should, making them unusable as well. UPDATE: I did not file a complaint about this, but after posting this negative review, I immediately received an email offering to send me new servos or to fully refund my purchase amount. This is the best customer service I have ever experienced, which is why I am giving 5 stars :)
