    Great service, but the problem was at the end, namely with the shipping. We witnessed that the package, which could fit through the mailbox (although it was made for letters and not for packages), was shoved into the hanging mailbox while people were present at the location!! As a result, the package was damaged and the box fell apart. Excellent service from OTRONIC, BUT the shipping and delivery were very poor (!!) Next time, I would prefer it to be delivered as a parcel.
