The puzzles from the elephant were truly beautifully packaged. And how nice that there was a small personal message written on the packing slip. The puzzle is gorgeous, and I've already started on it. It's quite challenging :)

Very fast service and incredibly fun puzzles. My friends don't understand why I enjoy doing something like this so much.

Fast delivery, neatly packaged (even nicely wrapped) and with a personal card included. I expected slightly thicker puzzle pieces for the price and based on the photo, and one piece also had a splinter. Additionally, it can sometimes be a bit difficult to see which side is the top and which is the bottom of the pieces (depending on the light). By the way, I really enjoyed solving the Entropy 300! It took me a few hours (spread over several days). I have little puzzle experience, but I found it a fun challenge (not too frustrating).
