Candy is delicious and delivered quickly, but customer service leaves something to be desired. I received the wrong candy mix, then emailed customer service, who responded at 10:43 PM on a Sunday night that the contents of the candy mix sometimes change. I checked their website and it turns out I simply received a different mix with a similar name. Mistakes can happen, and taking ownership of them is part of the process.
Delivery was fast.
Finally, the tastiest (s)trekdrop again! 1.5 costs a lot, but it was worth it to me!
They do it great.
The order was fine, but the nagging to give a review is very annoying.
So happy that there is strekdrop again!! And thanks to the user-friendly website and their fast service, I can enjoy it again super quickly!
