Helaas vinden wij het jammer dat u geen contact met ons heeft opgenomen toen u merkte dat u het product niet had ontvangen. Wij helpen onze klanten hier graag bij. Omdat het product niet is ontvangen, vinden wij een 1-sterreview op dit moment niet helemaal passend. We komen graag alsnog met u in contact om samen tot een oplossing te komen.

Er is inderdaad verwarring ontstaan door een afbeelding. Het snoepje, dat de kleuren van de regenboog moet hebben, heeft aan het einde één kleur die afwijkt. Bij Haribo is dit blijkbaar gewijzigd. Het is de bedoeling om het snoepje te nuttigen; wij wisten niet dat u het wilde inlijsten. Het gaat immers om de smaakbeleving, nietwaar? Dat u ons hiervoor één ster heeft gegeven, vinden wij jammer.

There were no stickers on the halal and vegan candy. I found the solution provided via email to be very minimal, and I wasn't very happy with it. It gave me little confidence and clarity regarding whether the halal and vegan candy was indeed correct. I don't think I will order from Mr. Snoep again.
