We, the two founders of the Hair Growth Specialist, suffered from hair loss ourselves.     I haven't received my order because UPS' is inflexible for a delivery service and their customer service has not helped solve the delivery issues. I will be requesting a refund or pursuing legal action if I do not receive what I've paid for. A refund would be very preferable at this point.
