    We processed an order like a week ago but never got any response from the customer service lady ( Soraya Haircoach ). We just want our money back, please cancel our order and refund our money. We try to test this store to see if we can buy products on a monthly basis, but it seems like we will have to look for another company. please refund our money. bad customer experience.
