We, the two founders of the Hair Growth Specialist, suffered from hair loss ourselves. Over the past few years, we have gained a lot of knowledge about hair growth, combating hair loss, and developing hair growth remedies. We have tried many products in the past. We know how frustrating it can be to suffer from hair loss and not know which products to use. The foremost reason for starting with the Hair Growth Specialist is that many products are offered on the internet and in shops against hair loss that are insufficiently scientifically substantiated and have a price tag that is far too high.

    There was a mistake on the customs declaration. The total (including shipping) was 27.86€ for 1 Regenpure shampoo. However the custom declaration was made for 2 Hair melbourne shampoo for the total of 61.90 €. Since this was superior to the tax-free limit in Switzerland of CHF65, I had to pay CHF19.88 extra to receive the package.

    I haven't received my order because UPS' is inflexible for a delivery service and their customer service has not helped solve the delivery issues. I will be requesting a refund or pursuing legal action if I do not receive what I've paid for. A refund would be very preferable at this point.
