Thus, 100 reviews at ValuedShops (with an average of 9) and 100 reviews collected elsewhere (with an average of 8) lead to an average score of 8.5.

I haven't received my order because UPS' is inflexible for a delivery service and their customer service has not helped solve the delivery issues. I will be requesting a refund or pursuing legal action if I do not receive what I've paid for. A refund would be very preferable at this point.
