We, the two founders of the Hair Growth Specialist, suffered from hair loss ourselves.     The parcel never arrived. When I asked if they could guarantee the delivery by resending it, they responded with an apathetic message, stating that the only options were to resend it or provide a refund. Having made purchases from them in the past, I can say that the level of service has declined. Unfortunately, this will be the last time I order anything from them.
