We, the two founders of the Hair Growth Specialist, suffered from hair loss ourselves. Over the past few years, we have gained a lot of knowledge about hair growth, combating hair loss, and developing hair growth remedies. We have tried many products in the past. We know how frustrating it can be to suffer from hair loss and not know which products to use. The foremost reason for starting with the Hair Growth Specialist is that many products are offered on the internet and in shops against hair loss that are insufficiently scientifically substantiated and have a price tag that is far too high.

    I ordered the LH80 Pro (1000€), but received the EVO LH40 (500€) instead. Customer service doesn't respond to calls or emails. The return process is cumbersome, and there's been no compensation for the inconvenience. Disappointing and not recommended. Awful experience.

    Customer support is NON-EXISTENT. Their main contact email contact@hgspecialist.com is no longer in use. Forms on their web page doesnt work.

    I have placed an order last month and I have never received it. 100 euros disappeared, and then I am trying to contact them by email and calling them no one is answering, a nightmare.

    Great range of products and prices. Postage to England was super fast (within 5 days) and no hitches with customs due to the order being below the tax threshold. Have only started using products recently so can't comment on their effectiveness but I am very happy with the service and will use HGSpecialist again, Thanks.

    I recently ordered the Theradome EVO LH40 and paid using Klarna. This was my first purchase from this online store. Living in Finland, I received the delivery in just over a week. I contacted Customer Service twice via email and received a response within two working days. Overall, I'm happy with this online store.
