    I purchased Neofolics that came in a damaged box... The content inside were squashed but luckily not damaged. A sample shampoo leaked, so the box had dried up shampoo all over. This is hard to control as shipping products are thrown about during transition... But liquid products should come with more protection to prevent messy spillage. Thxalot
