Quick service great advice & quality of products are beyond expectation! I phoned them up for some advice (this was my 2nd order with them) and the guy was super nice and took all the time to inform me- I’m a regular kratom user and really like the fact they invest in new strains. (Only 1 other vendor shares first place when it comes to quality & customer service -of which i obviously have to keep the name a secret 😉) I can wholeheartedly recommend the (new) Royal Green strain, a bit higher in price but it’s worth the it. When i’m in doubt i take the 3 option trial packages where you can also add an additional strain for less. All in all: the prices might not be cheapest you’ll find online however the level of trustworthy quality added to customer care it’s a no-brainer. (And no i have no investments in KW but just very glad with their service /transparency and delivered quality & speed 👍🏼) Keep up the good work team Kratomworld! 🌿🌍🥇

I had no problem until now. My package hasn't moved from postNL 22\11\2021 WHY? Now i received a broken box with just green matcha tea. I did not order anything like that. I found another problem due to the box being ripped on the right side the were 2 packages missing. Please help I want to to continue receiving my kratom from you but not with this poor standard! What happened?? I need them for extreme pain. Pleases I beg you fix there problems,
