Capsules were underweight (even including capale weight). I emailed them and they assured me it must've been a mistake and they reshipped 50% of my original order. I am thankful for their good service. The quality of the kratom itself differs per type. Green malay is quite good. The royal green however was not special at all, and it should've been the 'best'. I guess its best to try a sample pack and assess every type yourself.
