Overall, not bad. A few months ago, there were no issues at all. Everything was shipped quickly with Hermes. Usually received within three days. For some time now, shipping has taken up to a week. There is no response to inquiries, even after multiple follow-ups. Now they are shipping with FedEx, which can take up to a week. However, the quality of the powder is very good, and the price is great. That's why I give 4 stars.
