I have been a very good customer with them, usually without any issues, but for several days now, I have not heard anything about my package, and customer service is completely unresponsive despite several follow-ups on my part. I placed an order for about 100 euros, and since then, I have had no news.

Very speedy delivery...great updates about the order, I was always notified as to where my order was in the shipping pipeline. As far as the product goes...top notch, I love how finely ground it is, mixes quickly with my liquid of choice. 5 stars!!

Great quality kratom, the best that I have tried. Really good effects that are uplifting and stops my chronic pain. The White maeng da is the perfect one for during the day for me. Speed of delivery is great it comes the next day .
