Ze reageren niet op mail, telefoon en ook niet op whatsapp. Zelfs niet op de chat van hun eigen site. Verder is de kratom kwalitatief goed voor een redelijke prijs.
I have been a very good customer with them, usually without any issues, but for several days now, I have not heard anything about my package, and customer service is completely unresponsive despite several follow-ups on my part. I placed an order for about 100 euros, and since then, I have had no news.

Very speedy delivery...great updates about the order, I was always notified as to where my order was in the shipping pipeline. As far as the product goes...top notch, I love how finely ground it is, mixes quickly with my liquid of choice. 5 stars!!
