I've been using their product for years for chronic pain. I've bought from every vendor in Europe. Kratom World are easily the best I've used. DPD lost a package and they reshipped for me the very next day. The customer service is excellent. The quality of the product is great too. Always very fresh. I can't recommend these guys enough.

Best quality Kratom that I've ordered in Europe by a long shot! It costs a little more than I was spending before but the difference in quality makes it well worth the extra few euros. Also, their customer service is very responsive and helpful - I had a problem with delivery and they reshipped immediately and even gave me some extra Kratom to make up for the trouble (which wasn't even their fault!!)
