Not satisfied anymore, quality has unfortunately become low and the price tag is very high for that level. I hesitated a long time before buying again because the previous order was also disappointing, this order confirms it. It used to be good, sometimes even excellent (I had a wondefful batch once) but it's over, even for their strongest o.es. Also, last order didn't have "free" samples, another disappointment as those are certainly part of the price you pay. It's sad to have to leave a bad review, especially for me, but I'm leaving this vendor for another one, way cheaper but now with a slightly better quality than what is provided here now. Maybe I'll try again one day.

The package was seized by the Estonian customs. A misdemeanor case was filed against me. I'm facing a big fine. Plus I have to pay for the chemical analysis. Your customer support lies saying: "Hey Sergei, Thanks for reaching out and ordering. What you say is totally right! Shipments are allowed when sent from an European Union member state where kratom is legal, regulated by the EU customs union in the Lisbon Treaty. I think the package was just a bit delayed and it will probably come through ASAP. Sometime packages get randomly send to custom, just for check ups. Hope it comes quick. Kind Regards, Darryl Vos"

Definetely the best quality of Kratom that I have experienced. I also ordered the liquid extract and the bottle looked like someone torn down previous label and put a new one. Unfortunately there is still a sticky residue of glue from previous label. I mean it is not a big deal, but for 80€ I would expect the bottle to look legit. Otherwise I am very happy.
