Your customer support lies saying: "Hey Sergei, Thanks for reaching out and ordering. What you say is totally right! Shipments are allowed when sent from an European Union member state where kratom is legal, regulated by the EU customs union in the Lisbon Treaty. Definetely the best quality of Kratom that I have experienced. I also ordered the liquid extract and the bottle looked like someone torn down previous label and put a new one. Unfortunately there is still a sticky residue of glue from previous label. I mean it is not a big deal, but for 80€ I would expect the bottle to look legit. Otherwise I am very happy.
