My product got lost during shipping with PostNL, and this webshop has the decency to neither offer their customers an alternative nor send another product from their stock. Refunds are also not an option. You just have to wait until the investigation with PostNL is completed. They don’t respond to anything, they don’t keep you informed, they are incredibly rude, and provide zero service. I have been waiting for my shipment for 2 weeks now, but have not heard a word from them despite regularly calling, emailing, and more. They make their problem the customer's problem and wash their hands of it. It’s outrageous how they treat customers, while the customer is in no way to blame. I have since taken legal action. My urgent advice: !!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY !!!!!
