They are always friendly and helpful, always provide good explanations when there is a problem, they always want to help, and they think along well, so a big 10.

While i can't rate the products I ordered just yet, the service I recieved from the webstore has been second to none. The order was processed quickly. The only issue i have had has been with the delivery company, and outside of the shops hands. When alerted to the issue, they were proactive in trying to get a resolution and were responding to queries at late hours of the evening, even more impressive considering the slight time zone difference. Given the level of service I doubt I would go anywhere else for future sim racing needs as they have proved to be one of the best companies i have ever dealt with.
