Very good service, fast order preparation. A big problem is the exclusive cooperation with the Courier company (DPD) which delayed the delivery of my order for more than 10 days. I would like to be able to have more options and at least 2 courier companies to choice, so I can pick up without annoying delays.

Hi George, Thank you for your 5 star review, we really appreciate this despite your delayed delivery. We would also like to thank you for your suggestion. Unfortunately it is not possible to choose this option. Why because we work with automated logistics. This means that the system checks per order what the best shipping method is. We also work partly from our suppliers, who use different carriers than what we have. We understand that one has good experience with certain carriers than the other. Unfortunately, it is difficult for us to take this into account. Especially when it comes to European shipments, some are just very expensive and we always try to get your order to you as cheaply as possible. That also saves you a lot of shipping costs in the end.
