Excellent delivery time especially coming all the way to the US -- reasonable shipping price too given weight/size/distance -- great price on the gear itself too given how hard it is to get virpil gear anywhere.

Shipping was expensive, had to pay import fees after item was shipped. I’m aware this is out of your control but it should’ve been more obviously disclosed as not everyone is aware. I also reached out to customer service with a question regarding my order as well as another part, and got no response.
