Goede service meerdere pogingen gedaan om ons stuur te repareren en goede terugkoppeling daarvan gehad. Helaas was het kapotte deel niet meer leverbaar en was het stuur niet reparabel.

Hat alles Super geklappt. Bin sehr zufrieden.

Absolutely saved me. Bought the whole Next Level Racing Gtelite cockpit and found out the shifter mount is an "optional accessory" and Sim Race Webshop was the only place I could find it. I'm glad I did, the shipping was incredibly fast, the pricing was better than most (minus the tariffs which aren't their fault) and their follow up and communication was top notch. Great company!

Super schnelle Lieferung mit Sendungsverfolgung! Hat alles problemlos geklappt, das Produkt war sehr gut verpackt im Originalkarton und funktioniert bis jetzt einwandfrei. Ich würde wieder dort bestellen!

Long story short i've ordered in holiday seasons , understandable that is busy but still , I wasn't a local customer so abit of attention could be applied. Initial order was canceled without telling me or reasons , had to contact them , second order was placed and after 1 week or so arrived but missing a piece that was a bummer as i had to get in touch and they had to resend that piece again most likely 1 more week or more to arrive quite dissapointing as i cannot play. The good things are that the store answers on Whatapp , would give 3 stars but ill give 4 for whatsapp.
