Hallo H., Jammer dat je niet tevreden bent over onze service, omdat dit gaat over het vergeten toe te voegen van de gratis zaden van de nieuwsbrief actie. Wij hebben eerder via de mail excuses aangeboden, en geprobeerd uit te leggen waarom we de keuze maken deze niet alsnog na te sturen. Wanneer er iets ontbreekt aan een betaalde bestelling, lossen we dit altijd op. Wij sturen na of zoeken samen naar een andere oplossing. Het gaat hier om de gratis zaden die je ontvangt bij inschrijving op onze nieuwsbrief. Deze zijn door een menselijke fout niet toegevoegd aan het pakket. Dat hadden we uiteraard liever anders gezien. Het niet nasturen is een bewuste keuze om onnodig extra transport en verpakkingsmateriaal tegen te gaan. Daarom hebben wij aangeboden om de zaden kosteloos mee te sturen bij een volgende bestelling. Dear Ivo, You are right: this should have gone better. Due to two incomplete deliveries from our supplier, the greenhouse did not arrive. Unfortunately, this was not noticed internally in time, which meant you had to reach out yourself to get clarity. That should have been handled differently. When it became clear that the original greenhouse would only be available again in September/October, we offered three alternatives: – a smaller and more affordable model with a refund of the price difference, – a comparable model within the same price range with slightly different dimensions, – or another brand with nearly identical dimensions for a small additional cost. You chose the last option. We understand that this is not the experience you should expect, and we will take this into account to improve our communication and follow-up.
