Very disappointing experience. According to GLS, my package has been delivered, but I have received nothing. No delivery person visible on my Ring camera, no note, and nothing with the neighbors. What bothers me the most is the handling of the situation. Even though I clearly indicated that the package was not received, I was mostly referred back to the tracking status instead of an investigation being initiated right away. It is striking that your public response sounds very different from your private email, in which you called my claim 'absurd' and my response 'out of proportion.' This gives the impression of double standards in reviews.

Everything went well. Because I requested the order a day later, I received a confirmation about the date but not about the time it will be delivered.

Very happy with the Urban Garden planting table in (dark) taupe. I received a quick response to my email, and the return (because I accidentally ordered the wrong color) was also handled quickly.

* What amazing service! * I recently placed my first order with De Moestuinwinkel. Everything was neatly packaged; however, upon opening, I discovered a crack in one of the fermentation jars. Although everything was really well packed, glass and ceramics are always a bit risky to ship. I emailed about this and sent some photos, but even before I opened Sandra's email, I saw that she had already sent a new jar. Just fantastic! This will be my go-to shop for all my gardening and fermentation projects from now on. ❤️ Best regards, Chantal
