It took a bit longer for me to receive my order (a thick book) due to the move. When I called about it, I explained that it was for a birthday gift. When I received the book two days later, the friendly employee (whom I had also spoken to on the phone) had wrapped it in gift paper. Very thoughtful and a nice gesture!
The garden gnome arrived just in time for our granddaughter's birthday. On the same day, she already made a beautifully colored gnome out of it.
Purchasing is easy, product description very clear, product of excellent quality.
Ordered on August 24, received only on September 7. Customer service does not respond to emails. I thought I had lost my money and was scammed. Then the package finally arrived. I will never order here again.
