The frustration expressed in the review is therefore entirely understandable. The order was placed with us on Thursday at 17:14, which was too late to ship it the same day. The following Friday, the package was picked up by DHL at 15:00. On the same day, the package was sorted for transport to Belgium. DHL does deliver on Saturdays, but transports between depots generally only run during the week. As a result, the package arrived at the depot near you on Monday at 18:30. On Tuesday, the package was then handed over to the driver for delivery. Although this may feel like an eternity, DHL actually handled this quickly and without errors. Additionally, we as a shop are not able to process the order any faster than described above. The order is on its way for delivery today. I sincerely hope that the pot will be delivered on time today. Of course, you have the right to report the order for return and send it back within 14 days of receipt in any case.
