    I ordered slate nameplates for the herbs in my garden. The plates were not well packaged and one of the plates was broken. Due to vacation, I could only unpack the package after 3 weeks. Therefore, I did not receive a new plate. I received no response to my feedback about the packaging method. The plates were loose in a large box with brown paper on top to fill it. It's logical that something so fragile can break like that. Too bad.
